YogWealth is owned and operated by Sparrionix Technology LLP, having its registered office at:

By purchasing a subscription or other paid service through YogWealth, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Purchases Made Through Apple App Store

Subscriptions and purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests for these purchases are governed by Apple’s refund policies and procedures.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you should submit your refund request directly to Apple using your Apple account or the appropriate Apple support channels.

Sparrionix Technology LLP does not have the ability to approve, deny, or process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

3. Purchases Made Through Google Play

Subscriptions and purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. Refund requests for these purchases are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and procedures.

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, you should submit your refund request through Google Play or contact Google Play Support for assistance.

Sparrionix Technology LLP does not control Google’s refund decisions for purchases processed through Google Play.

4. Future Direct Purchases

If YogWealth offers subscriptions or digital purchases directly through its official website or other authorized payment channels in the future, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Each request will be evaluated individually, taking into account factors including:

  • The reason for the request.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The subscription status.
  • Technical issues that prevented access to the Services.
  • Applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Any other relevant circumstances.

Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Sparrionix Technology LLP, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

For direct purchases (if available), we may consider a refund in situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Billing errors.
  • Technical issues that substantially prevented access to the Services and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorized transactions, subject to appropriate verification.
  • Other exceptional circumstances determined by Sparrionix Technology LLP.

6. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Unless required by applicable law or approved as an exception, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial use of a subscription.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations or wellness outcomes.
  • Failure to use the Services after purchase.
  • Device incompatibility where the published system requirements were met.
  • Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

Premium access will generally remain available until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable app store’s policies.

Deleting your YogWealth account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your subscription or create eligibility for a refund.

8. Refund Request Process for Direct Purchases

If direct purchases become available in the future and you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may contact us by providing:

  • Your full name.
  • Registered email address or mobile number.
  • Transaction reference or order number.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Any supporting information that may assist us in reviewing your request.

We may request additional information to verify your purchase before making a decision.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved for a direct purchase:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect our users and the integrity of the Services, Sparrionix Technology LLP reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse of promotional offers.
  • Repeated or excessive refund requests.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Appropriate action, including suspension or termination of the user account, may be taken where fraudulent activity is identified.
