Certain features of YogWealth are available only through a paid subscription. Subscription plans may include:
The features available under each subscription plan may differ. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App or on our official website and may vary depending on your region, platform, promotional offers, taxes, or applicable currency. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, features, or benefits at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated where required by applicable law or platform policies.
YogWealth may offer eligible users a free trial for selected subscription plans. Eligibility for a free trial is determined at our sole discretion and may depend on factors such as device, platform, region, or previous subscriptions.
Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged through your selected payment method. Only one free trial may be available per eligible user unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Subscription payments are processed through authorized payment providers, including:
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable platform to charge the subscription fee, taxes, and any other applicable charges. Payment processing is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platform. Sparrionix Technology LLP does not collect or store your complete payment card information. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is completed.
Unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your original subscription. The renewal fee will be charged automatically through the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and ensuring that your payment method remains valid. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management settings of the platform from which you purchased the subscription. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not normally affect access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your YogWealth account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your subscription. Users are responsible for ensuring that subscriptions are cancelled through the appropriate platform before renewal.

Subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Subscription purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google’s refund policies. If Sparrionix Technology LLP offers direct subscription purchases through its website in the future, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the request, applicable laws, technical issues, and other relevant circumstances. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the subscription period has commenced.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, yoga programs, videos, graphics, audio recordings, animations, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, user interfaces, documentation, educational materials, and all other content made available through YogWealth, are owned by or licensed to Sparrionix Technology LLP.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Where YogWealth allows users to upload reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, profile information, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content to YogWealth, you grant Sparrionix Technology LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the Services.

The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith discussions. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
